Rooted in family values and a customer-first culture, these strategic appointments strengthen SAM Nutrition’s operational and financial foundation, enabling the company to better serve its customers and navigate today’s increasingly complex market environment.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jon Doering brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the food, agriculture and animal nutrition industries, spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, operating systems development and continuous improvement. He grew up working on his family’s dairy farm — an experience that shaped his customer-first approach to operations.
“My priority is building strong processes and controls that support sustainable, scalable growth,” Wederquist said. “By improving efficiency across the organization, we can better serve our customers, support our employees and position the business for long-term success.”
