Apoorva Shah


A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in entrepreneurship, CEO Apoorva Shah comes to SAM Nutrition with a wide background in business start-ups and development. Apoorva has professional experience in operations; scalability; marketing and sales; and product, project, and business development.

Brandon Foley

A forward-thinking, values-driven leader with a history of accelerating shareholder value. Prior to joining SAM Nutrition, Brandon led multiple business units with consolidated P&Ls of over $350 million. He is an expert at managing complex customer relationships and motivating domestic and global teams.

Sunil Shah


Born and raised in Mumbai, Sunil Shah developed a strong background in business and entrepreneurship, having been exposed to the family paint and coatings business at a young age. His educational pursuits led him to North Dakota State University, where he studied Polymers and Coatings. Upon completion of his master’s degree in the subject, he would return home with his new knowledge and experience to join the family business. After several years, Sunil’s ambitions continued to grow, leading him and his wife Mita, to relocate back to the United States with their young son Apoorva.

With a bachelor’s degree in genetics from Mumbai University and a master’s in computer science from North Dakota State University, CTO Mita Shah, truly has a diverse professional career having worked for Fortune 500 companies. Mita specializes in helping clients with digital transformation and getting to market faster. Making what started as an idea, a reality for multinational corporations.
